First install the software (+ driver) that comes in a cd with your laptop.
Just open Yahoo messenger and click on ACTION > INVITE TO VIEW MY WEB CAM in the window of your buddy you wish to video chat.
Your cam will switch on immediately and once hes accepted to view your cam, then your broadcast to him begins.

Most IM services should give you the option to use it. You may have to download the messenger program for the one you use though.

If its built in then just go to chat window and make a video call and if its not built in then install the cam and then send video call to the person whom you wanna show your webcam.

click on web cam and it will keep guiding you...the software is already installed
